Cream Mushroom Soup

Cream Mushroom Soup

Ingredient :

60g butter
1 small onion (dice)
4 stalks celery (dice)
1 leek (chop)
200g mushrooms (chop)
3tbsp flour
340ml fresh milk
460ml chicken stock
black pepper

Method :

1. Place a pan on a low heat. Melt the butter.
2. Add onion, leek, celery and mushroom.
3. Mix for 5 minutes with the butter until those vegetables soat.
4. Then, add flour into the mixture.
5. Pour in the milk and chicken stock. Stir well.
6. Season it with salt and pepper.
7. Cook for 25 minutes and stir occassionally.
8. After turn into creamy, blend it all together until smooth.
9. Your creamy mushroom soup is read to serve.

Extra note :

*You can eat this soup with bread or just eat it like that.
*The best one is eat it with garlid bread.
*You can also add some vegetable onto it to make it more interesting.
